* Customers must inform joy Ride LLC of any medical conditions prior to the tour. * Minimum of two people required to do a tour or sightseeing excursion * Customers must arrive on time and on the correct date. * Must book 24hrs in advance before tour times. * Seat belt must be worn throughout the duration of the tour. * In case of imminent weather, tours may be canceled on short notice. If tour cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be issued. * Joy Ride LLC is not wheelchair accessible. * Joy Ride LLC has the right to refuse services to anyone that doesn't comply with terms and conditions. CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATION OF BOOKINGS: * Bookings may be canceled or modified by sending an email only, up to 24 hours before the chosen date. The email to cancel or modify a booking is (joyridenewberry@gmail.com). The refund of the cost is as followed: * Up to 72 hours - 100% refund * Up to 48 hours - 50% refund * Up to 24 hours - 0% refund
